SETTING AND CHANGING MAXIMUM SPENDING LIMITS

The Administrator can set and change spending limits for access level groups and the individuals within those groups. This helps to prevent unapproved spending.
 
 

SETTING SPENDING LIMITS

 
1.                   Select  from the Company Administration Box to display the Company Settings screen.
 
2.                   Select  to display the spending limit dialog box.
 

 
3.                   Click  in the Dispatcher row to set the Dispatcher’s spending limit.
 

 
4.                   Enter the spending limit amount in U.S. dollars.
 
5.                   Click  to accept the spending limit.
 
 
6.                   Click  in the Manager row to set the Manager’s spending limit.
 

 
7.                   Enter the spending limit amount in U.S. dollars.
 
8.                   Click  to accept the spending limit.
 
 

EDITING SPENDING LIMITS FOR A GROUP

It might become necessary to change the spending limit for a particular access level group.
 
1.                   Select  on the left side of the screen.
 
2.                   Select the link.
 

 
3.                   Select Change as shown above.
 

 
4.                   Set the new limit by entering it into the Max Spend Limit field.
5.                   Click  to accept the spending limit.
 

EDITING SPENDING LIMITS FOR AN INDIVIDUAL

Certain individuals within a group may have different spending limits from the other members of that group. These limits also can be increased or decreased at need.
 
1.             Click   on the left side of the screen.
 
2.             Select thelink.
 
3.             Select the  link for the individual whose spending limit you want to edit. The Details link is located on the far right side of the user list.
 

 

4.             Select  to display administrative options for the individual.
5.             Select.
 

 
6.             Enter the spending limit in the $ field.
 

 
7.             Click  to accept the spending limit.
